- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method to ensure that the product is delivered to us safely.
- Refund/Exchange Process: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the refund/exchange within 7 business days. If you opted for a refund, we will credit the amount back to the original payment method. If you opted for an exchange, we will ship the replacement product to you, and the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
